The Workbench is a research artifact, not an academic grading tool or management evaluation system.

AI-assisted coding must not be used to grade, rank, select, or make consequential decisions about students or workers.

Real traces require informed consent, data minimization, anonymization, and secure storage.

AI coding is treated as a measurement hypothesis to be audited, not as an authority.

The artifact is designed to study measurement validity while avoiding automated educational or employment decisions.
